Richard Pepper has spent over 30 years working within the Oracle ecosystem, running large delivery teams and recently President of the UK Oracle User Group. He began his career as a technical consultant, DBA and Oracle trainer first using Oracle Application Express in 1997. He now leads business development at eAppSys, a leading partner delivering Oracle based solutions globally.
