Mark McIntyre is a Perth-based technology account manager who works with major construction, engineering, and resources organisations to improve visibility and control over capital project performance. Partnering with both project owners and contractors, he helps organisations turn fragmented project data into meaningful insight that supports better decisions, tighter governance, and more predictable outcomes.

Mark’s current focus is on how AI is reshaping project controls, risk management, and reporting – and what organisations should be doing now to prepare. Rather than chasing hype, he works with customers to build the foundations needed to adopt AI safely and effectively as the tools mature.
