You may pre-register for Perth until 5.00pm (AEST) on 26 October 2012. Any registrations submitted after that date will not be processed until commencement of the conference.

Onsite registration commences 8.00am on 29 October 2012.

All delegates must be current financial members of AUSOUG, OAUG or ODTUG. Non-members can attend if they become members at the time of registration. Membership options can be obtained from the AUSOUG Secretariat registrar@ausoug.org.au.

Group Rate

Group rates apply if five (5) or more employees from the same organisation register and pay at the same time.

Day Registrations

Day rates apply for individuals who elect to attend either the first or second day of the conference.

Shared Registrations

Shared Registrations will only be permitted if pre-arranged with the Conference Secretariat. ALL names and who they are sharing with, must be lodged with the Secretariat at least a week prior to the Conference being attended, to ensure name badges are produced. Note: If two or more people share the one registration then only one conference satchel will be issued. Only one person at a time can be in attendance at the conference per shared registration. This will be monitored.

Speaker Registrations

All speakers are required to be registered to attend the conference. Speakers will receive a two day registration to the Conference if their presentation is accepted. All accepted Speakers must register to attend the Conference after they have been accepted. Final acceptance will be dependent on the conference registration of all presenters (except for keynote and invited speakers).

How to Pay

Payment can be made by EFT, cheque or credit card. Cheques must be made in Australian currency, drawn on an Australian Bank and made payable to "AUSOUG". ABN 49 111 199 636. Credit card payment is acceptable by Visa, MasterCard and Amex. Those wishing to make payments by EFT should contact the Conference Secretariat to obtain bank account details and a deposit reference to identify your payment. Please note that faxed and emailed registration forms are acceptable only if payment is by credit card. Posted registration forms must have accompanying cheques or credit card details. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received.

A Day of Real World Performance Workshop

A special one day workshop will be held on 31 October in the Karri Room of the Parmelia Hilton Hotel. Featuring Tom Kyte, Andrew Holdsworth and Graham Wood. A Day of Real World Performance will be eight hours of performance engineering, brought right to your door in association with AUSOUG. This will only happen once and will follow directly after the Perth conference.

  • Fee to attend if you registered as a full delegate for the Perth Conference: $250.00
  • Fee to attend if you did not attend the conference: $750.00.

Optional Extras

  • Extra Tickets to the Welcome Reception on conclusion of the first day are $50.00 pp (inc GST). This also applies if you are a Day delegate wishing to attend, as this is not included in your registration fee. Shared registrations (full) are only entitled to one person to attend as part of the registration fee. Additional people are required to pay the optional fee.

All delegates will be issued with a special "Passport" that needs to be hole punched by all the exhibiting companies, to be eligible to win a PRIZE at the end of the conference. On conclusion of the conference all participating delegates will be placed in a draw in a selection of prizes.

Cancer Council Raffle
Attendees are offered the opportunity of winning two complimentary accommodation vouchers from Parmelia Hilton Hotel Perth. Each accommodation voucher is for Sunday bed and breakfast for 2 people at Parmelia Hilton Perth Hotel, valid for one year. Tickets can be purchased for $5.00 each from conference registration, with all proceeds donated to Cancer Council WA.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations of registration must be received in writing no later than 22 October 2012. Monies paid will be refunded after deduction of an administration fee of $100. No monies will be refunded for notice of cancellation after that date. At all times, however, substitute delegates are welcome upon written advice to the Conference Secretariat.
